Rich in Baptist heritage, our churches unite to serve the underserved through camp and ministry centers that create a sense of community, increase self-esteem, and that restore, heal, and reconcile persons to God and to each other.

Not only does the SRBC offer various ministries to families and residents of the Southside area of Richmond, but we also serve as an outreach consultant to churches and as a mission field for church groups, organizations and individuals to minister and share in reaching people with the Words of Christ Jesus!
ACTIVITIES OF CHRISTIAN COMPASSION
Community Bible Study – Wednesdays 10-12 pm.
Community Clothing Closet – Thursdays 12-2 pm.
Emergency Food Distribution: Third Thursdays of each month, Prayer and devotions BEFORE distribution.
Christmas Store – for qualified families of South Richmond Community in the 23224 and 23225 zip codes, in December.
“Back2School” - Backpacks Ministry – School supplies and Backpacks giveaway to school students of all ages.
Camping program in partnership with Camp Alkulana.
Rent Assistance, medical prescriptions and other benevolent ministry, per appointment.
